Guarantee against damage or defects:
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or is defective, please contact me, and I will send a replacement. When you write to me, I will need your order number and a detailed description of the damage or defect (a photo is best!) – email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE: on some items, scratching or color differences may occur along the edges or on the back. This is normal, as some items are hand-made or hand-altered.
